The Kingdom of Thailand currently offers visa free travel to 55 countries, with some the Thai government has bilateral agreement on visa waiving. Overstaying in Thailand carries a fine of ฿500 per day. Most western countries are offered visa-free travel, though some countries from the eastern part of European Union (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta and Cyprus) do need visa but are still granted visa on arrival.90 Days Visa Free

The governments of the following countries have concluded a bilateral agreement on visa waiving with Thailand, nations from both country may travel to each other without visa for a period of up to 90 days.

citizen of Cambodia may travel to Thailand for 14 days under the bilateral agreement on visa waiving.
For the purpose of making more profit, the Thai government has decided to shorten the 1 Month Visa Free policy to the countries which do not have concluded any bilateral agreement on visa waiving with Thailand, travellers from those countries are giving 15 days Visa Free only if they enter Thailand by land. this policy would prompt travellers into paying visa fee, which otherwise hardly would be paid to the authority by travellers who used to Visa-Run.
